In November 2020, my former employer was invited to produce the FF&E package for a hotel refurbishment in Kauai, Hawaii, covering guestrooms and public areas. As project manager, I oversaw pricing, shop drawings, finish samples, packaging, assembly instructions, and quality control. I ensured materials and finishes adhered to the designer’s specifications, often developing and approving custom textures on tight timelines.
